Job Description:
Managing the complete Recruitment life-cycle from sourcing the best talent from diverse sources, handling the Initial round of the interview, salary negotiation, issuing Offer letter.
Should have depth of knowledge of relevant domain Industry(Healthcare/Medical).
Joining formalities, Onboarding & coordinating for Induction program.
Maintaining the Employee Database.
Scope will be 80% Recruitment and 20% other HR activities.
Experience in the following areas:
- Recruitment
- Talent Management
- HR Development
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Good Communication
- MBA in HR/PGDM in HR
